Services Provided We offer photography and video services including weddings, portraits, branding, boudoir, and commercial content. 2. Booking & Payment A retainer or full payment may be required to secure your session date. Payments are accepted via approved methods only. Session fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Clients must provide at least [72 hours] notice for rescheduling No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the retainer Rescheduling is subject to availability 4. Image Delivery & Usage Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within a specified timeframe Chrisom B. Photography retains the copyright to all images Clients receive personal usage rights; commercial usage requires written permission 5. Limitation of Liability We take great care in our services, but are not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, illness, etc.). 6.
