Terms & Conditions Effective Date: April 17, 2026 By accessing this website or booking services with Chrisom B. Photography, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Services Provided Chrisom B. Photography offers professional photography and video services, including but not limited to: Weddings & engagements Portrait sessions (family, senior, maternity, newborn) Boudoir Branding & headshots Commercial and content creation Services are customized based on each client’s needs and outlined in individual contracts. 2. Booking & Payment A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session or event date. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the date specified in your agreement. Payments must be made through approved methods listed in your invoice or proposal. Dates are not guaranteed until the retainer and signed agreement are received. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to request rescheduling for standard sessions. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the retainer. Weddings and large events may be subject to separate rescheduling policies outlined in your contract. 4. Creative Style & Artistic Rights By booking Chrisom B. Photography, you acknowledge and agree to: Review our portfolio and understand our editing style, posing, and creative direction Allow creative control during your session or event Trust that final images will reflect our artistic vision and professional standards RAW or unedited images are not delivered. 5. Image Delivery Edited images are delivered via an online gallery within the timeframe outlined in your agreement. Delivery times may vary based on session type and season. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images upon delivery. 6. Image Usage & Copyright Chrisom B. Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images and video content. Clients are granted personal use rights, including printing and sharing. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Commercial usage, branding use, or publication requires a separate agreement or licensing. 7. Model Release Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Chrisom B. Photography may use images from your session for: Portfolio display Website and blog Social media Marketing and promotional materials Clients may request privacy at any time in writing. 8. Limitation of Liability While every effort is made to provide exceptional service, Chrisom B. Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Weather conditions Venue restrictions Equipment failure Illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events In the unlikely event of a failure to deliver services, liability is limited to the amount paid. 9. Client Responsibility Clients agree to: Arrive on time for scheduled sessions Communicate clearly regarding expectations and details Obtain any necessary permissions for locations Ensure cooperation of all participants during the session 10. Website Use & Intellectual Property All content on this website—including images, videos, text, branding, and design—is the property of Chrisom B. Photography. You may not: Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission Use images for personal or commercial gain Modify or misuse any materials 11.
