Hidden Gem Love: Collin & Taylor’s Sunken Garden Engagement Session

Tucked between two stone staircases, the Sunken Garden in Rochester feels like something straight out of a fairytale—except real, and way more fun when you bring a couple like Collin & Taylor into it.

These two were so easy to photograph. From the second we started, they were laughing, cuddling, and just completely vibing with each other. There was no pressure, no awkward posing—just the kind of love that makes you smile behind the camera.

We wandered through the garden during golden hour, stopping to soak in the colors, textures, and that dreamy light peeking through the trees. It’s one of those spots that feels hidden away from the world, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for their session.

Some of my favorite moments? The way Taylor couldn’t stop smiling at Collin.

The way he looked at her like there was no one else in the world. And the way they both just went with the flow and let their love take center stage.
